Mr Liam Twigger
Chairperson, B.Econ, CPA, GDipBus
Liam is the Deputy Chairperson and Executive Director of Argonaut which recently merged with PCF Capital Group, which Liam founded in 1999. Liam is Chairman of Solgold Plc, a London and TSX listed resources company focussed on the discovery, definition and development of copper and gold deposits in Ecuador.
Liam holds a Graduate Diploma in Business, a Bachelor of Economics and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. The Board considers Mr Twigger is currently an independent Director.

EDMUND AINSCOUGH
Managing Director, B.Sc (Hons) (Geology), FGeolSoc (London), MAusIMM
Ed led the acquisition of joint venture rights to the Foster/Jan Nickel Project (in 2014) that ultimately led to the IPO of Lunnon Metals in June 2021. A geologist by training, he has extensive operational experience (gold, copper and tin) in Australia, Africa, the UK and New Zealand. He was previously a senior member of the Gold Fields executive team in Australia where he held a key business development role reporting to the Executive Committee until 2008.
He was the last Chief Geologist for WMC at the St Ives Gold Mine, overseeing a $25 million per annum drill budget and the addition of over 2.0 million ounces to reserves during his tenure. Prior to founding Lunnon Metals Ltd’s forebear, ACH Nickel, he was at PCF Capital Group where he advised resource sector companies on corporate, merger and acquisition, and valuation assignments.

Mr Ian Junk
Non Executive Director, B.Eng (Hons)
Ian has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) (Hons) from the WA School of Mines and has a detailed understanding and long history with nickel mining in Kambalda.
In the past, having worked as a Mine Manager at various Kambalda nickel mines for Western Mining Corporation (WMC), he then played an integral role in the revitalisation of many WMC Kambalda nickel mines when they were divested in the early 2000s. Ian, along with his brother Leigh, and their company Donegal Resources, initiated the joint venture with Mincor Resources at the Miitel, Mariners, Wannaway and Redross nickel mines, and subsequently executed another joint venture with Panoramic Resources at the Lanfranchi nickel mine. Donegal Resources also managed and operated the Carnilya Hill nickel mine when that was sold by WMC to View Resources. Mr. Junk has played significant roles in the exploration, development and commissioning of various other mining operations around Australia, through his own mining entities and contracting companies. The Board considers Mr. Junk is not currently an independent Director.

Ashley McDonald
Non Executive Director, LLB (Hons) B.Com
Ashley is the nominee for Gold Fields Limited. He is currently Vice President Corporate Development for Gold Fields and has played a key role in a number of the company’s key growth transactions including acquiring the Granny Smith, Lawlers and Darlot gold mines from Barrick in 2013, acquiring a 50% interest in the Gruyere gold mine in 2016 and evaluating the various funding options for Gold Fields key development asset Salares Norte (capex US$830M) in Chile in 2020.
An experienced and skilled M+A practitioner with strong financial and analytical skills, Mr. McDonald is also a legal practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience in Corporate and Resources Law and was part of the legal team that assisted Gold Fields in its acquisition of St Ives and Agnew in 2001. Mr. McDonald is an admitted legal practitioner holding a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Murdoch University.
The Board considers Mr. McDonald is not currently an independent director.

Deborah Lord
Non Executive Director, B.Sc (Hons) FAusIMM MAIG GAICD
Deborah has a Bachelor of Science (Geology) (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and more than 30 years’ experience in the resources sector in Australia, North and South America. She has worked in greenfields to near-mine exploration and resource development projects across a range of commodities within leadership, management, consultancy, governance and research advisory positions.
Her previous experience includes Western Mining Corporation, Placer Dome, SRK Consulting, BHP and VRM. As Chair of the VALMIN Committee and formerly BHP Head of Resource Governance Deborah brings a strong technical risk management focus as well as having broad experience in project review, valuation and technical assessment of mineral assets. Deborah is currently a Non-Executive Director of E79 Gold Mines Limited. Deborah is also a director of VRM and the University of Western Australia Centre for Exploration Targeting (CET).
Deborah is a member of the AusIMM Professional Conduct Committee and the recipient of the 2023 AusIMM President’s Award that recognises notable achievement within the resources sector. The Board considers Ms Lord is currently an independent Director

HAYDEN BARTROP
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary, MBA, B.Com, LLB
Hayden is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Lunnon Metals Limited. He is a highly credentialed resource sector executive having held senior executive, commercial, M&A, legal, business development and company secretary roles at Gold Road Resources Limited and Barrick Gold Corporation’s Australia Pacific business unit over more than 15 years.
Hayden was a key member of the executive team that led Gold Road’s growth from $300 million market capitalisation in 2016, having just completed a pre-feasibility study for development of its main Gruyere asset, to greater than $1 billion market capitalisation today. He was instrumental in Gold Road’s $350M sale of a 50% interest in the Gruyere Gold Project to Gold Fields Limited (which received multiple awards, including Dealer of the Year at 2017 Diggers and Dealers Forum). Prior to Gold Road, Hayden was involved in the divestment of Barrick’s six Australian operating mines and 50% interest in a mine in Papua New Guinea, with sales in excess of US$1.25 billion.

Aaron Wehrle
Exploration and Geology Manager, B.App.Sc (Hons) AusIMM member
Aaron is a Geologist with 28 years’ experience in Australia, Canada and the Philippines. He has significant directly relevant operational experience having worked for WMC at St Ives in the Kambalda district for a number of years in a variety of production roles before being promoted to the site management team as Exploration Manager. In this role under new owner Gold Fields Ltd, he played a key part in the ramp up of exploration drilling activities to dramatically increase the gold resource base in support of a new 4.8mtpa processing facility.
His career progressed on to resource definition and delineation responsibilities with time spent in Meliadine, Nunavut, Canada (gold) prior to returning to Australia as a Regional Geologist in the company’s Perth based exploration team. He then moved to the Philippines where he was responsible for the geological modelling and definition of the Far South East (gold-copper) Deposit based on site and in Manila.
Mr Wehrle has worked for Lunnon Metals since early 2015 focused on progressing the exploration opportunity at the Kambalda Nickel Project

Helen Anderson
Manager – Environment, Social & Governance
Helen is a health, safety, environment and human resources professional with 25 years’ experience in the resources industry.
Her experience includes building strong partnerships with operations, contractors and stakeholders in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of all the functions that she had led.
She has held several onsite senior leadership roles as well as corporate positions within Australia and overseas and has worked with WMC, Gold Fields, Newmont and Newcrest.
She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (OHS) and Advanced Diplomas in leadership, risk management and human resources.

Nicole Jeanneret
Manager - Stakeholder Relations & Corporate Affairs , B.Com (UWA), GIA(Aff), AIMM
Nicole is the Manager of Stakeholder Relations and Corporate Affairs for Lunnon Metals. She is a highly credentialed executive who holds a B.Com (UWA) in Corporate Finance and Marketing and is currently completing a Grad Dip of Applied Corporate Governance & Risk Management with the Governance Institute of Australia.
Nicole has a diverse background in operations management roles across a number of industries and was a founding employee of Panoramic Resources (formerly Sally Malay Mining) as Commercial & Corporate Officer, with a strong focus on managing the loans, mark to market on the hedge book, and nickel offtake with Jinchuan.

Gregory Harvey
General Manager - Kambalda Nickel Project, B. Eng (Mining) FAusIMM (Fellow)
Greg is a Mining Engineer and FAusIMM (Fellow) with over 40 years Australian mining industry experience encompassing Gold, Nickel, Iron Ore and Copper/Uranium mining and extraction. This experience has covered Senior Operational Management, Mining Study and Project Evaluation roles for both Underground and Open pit operations.
Nickel mine operational experience with Western Mining Corporation (WMC) at the Windarra Nickel Project and the Kambalda Nickel Operations and more recently with Karora resources at the Beta Hunt Gold / Nickel mine as General Manager and then as Karora’s Principal Mining Engineer.

Maxwell Sheppard
Development Manager, B. Eng (Mining)
Max is the Development Manager for Lunnon Metals. He is a Mining Engineer with 34 years’ experience in the nickel and gold mining industries. He has substantial mine management, operational and mine planning experience having worked with WMC at both their Leinster and Kambalda Nickel Operations and with Gold Fields at the St Ives Gold Mine.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) Degree from the WA School of Mines.
